Sunday Brunch!

On Sunday, after the wedding my Mom and Mike hosted a brunch for the newlyweds!! They worked like crazy to get their basement finished in time so that people could eat downstairs. They got it done and it looks awesome! The food at the brunch was amazing. I had to control myself and not go crazy eating more than I needed. After brunch Chad and Amanda opened their gifts. They received so many nice things. It was nice being able to see them open their gifts. Everyone was pretty tired from the big wedding day so we just laid around at my Mom's the rest of the afternoon. It truly was a wonderful weekend. One that I will never forget. Chad and Amanda are getting ready to head out on their honeymoon and once they get home we'll be close to having Mike home too!! The holidays are going to be extra special for us this year. Not only, do we have a new sister and Aunt but we also get to have our Daddy home.

Amanda's sister gave them this heart photo frame engraved with their wedding date. On the back of the frame is the reading she did at their wedding. Such a special gift to remember their wedding.
