Wonderful Wisconsin Weekend

Last weekend my Mom, the girls and me drove up to the Madison, Wisconsin area to spend the weekend with my Aunt Bev. Mike and I used to visit her at least once a year until we had the girls and are trying to get back on track with our visits. We went last summer and the girls loved it. The drive up on Friday night was a little long since we hit some heavy traffic around Rockford but the girls were really good in the car. On Saturday we spent the day at the Sun Prairie Corn Fest. The corn was super yummy and the girls really enjoyed riding the carnival rides. On Sunday we had brunch and hit the Madison Zoo before getting on the road. We had a wonderful girls weekend and look forward to making a trip up this winter with Mike. We hope to take or girls skiing for the first time. :-)

Both girls got airbrushed tattoos! Syd got a bumble bee and Grace got a giraffe. Grace's giraffe is still on her arm and it has been a week. Sydney's came off the next day.
