My step-mom's parents recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a dinner for family and friends. My step-mom worked really hard to make it a very memorable evening for her parents. Everything turned out really well, except for the part where we were told last minute that we had to get up and speak, ha ha!! Whenever I hear of people who have been married a long time it makes my heart smile. Marriage takes constant work and these days so many people are quick to give up on it. Harold and Lois are an awesome couple and you can just see how much they love each other. Happy Anniversary and here's to 60 more years!
